If this is your first time working with me, you might be wondering what to expect. Here’s how a session flows:
I begin every session by asking you to say your first name. This allows me to tune into your energy and voice vibration, centering me on you and the messages Spirit begins to bring forward.
Within moments, I start receiving insights about you, your life, the people around you (both living and in Spirit), and any Spirits who may be present.
Some Spirits appear as clearly as if they are in the room (Physical Mediumship), while others communicate through images, words, sensations, or impressions in my mind’s eye (Mental Mediumship). Each Spirit comes through in the way that is easiest for them – and most meaningful for you.
I do a lot of talking at the beginning, sharing the messages that come through first. Afterward, it’s your turn – I encourage you to bring a list of questions or topics to ensure we cover what matters most to you.
Spirit communicates with me in a variety of ways, including seeing auras, sensing energy, hearing, smelling, tasting, or physically feeling impressions. I also practice psychometry, where I tune into the energy of an object or a person’s voice vibration. Since everything holds energy, there’s truly no limit to what we can connect with.

In-Person Appointments – Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card or cash.
Phone & Zoom Appointments – Payment must be completed at least 60 minutes prior to your session. You will receive a digital invoice several days before your appointment. If payment is not received at least 60 minutes before your scheduled time, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

To get the most out of your Reading, here are a few ways to prepare:
Be open-minded & relaxed – The best readings happen when you’re open and receptive. Spirit will bring forward exactly what you need to hear.
Bring a list of questions – You’re welcome to ask about yourself, loved ones (living or in Spirit), and various aspects of life. Having questions ready helps keep us focused.
Bring photos (if you'd like!) – While not required, some clients like to bring pictures of loved ones or pets (living or passed). These can be printed or digital.
I’ve been offering Phone and Virtual readings for over 22 years, and they are just as accurate as In-Person sessions. Spirit connects through energy and vibration, and technology does not interfere with that process.
For Phone Readings – I will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
For Zoom Readings – You’ll receive a Zoom link 24 hours before your session.
Payment – Must be completed at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment. You will receive a digital invoice from Kelly several days before your session. If payment is not received, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
Photos – If you’d like me to tune into a specific person or pet, you’re welcome to email photos in advance.
Your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are delayed beyond that, your session will need to be rescheduled.
Missed Appointments & No-Shows – If you miss your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be applied as a missed appointment fee.
Cancellations – Out of courtesy to other clients and Kelly’s cancellation list, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
