Welcome! I’m Kelly M. Ballard, a fourth-generation Medium, Healer, and Spiritual Teacher
For over 25 years, I’ve been honored to serve as a conduit between Spirit and the living. My work is rooted in compassion, healing, humor, and honesty, and whether you’re here for connection, guidance, energy work, or deeper spiritual growth, I am truly honored to be part of your journey.
I am an Ordained Spiritualist Minister, Reiki Master/Teacher, Spiritual Coach, Manifesting Maven, and Hugger, and I believe there is no limit to our spiritual growth. Whether you’re looking to connect with Spirit, manifest your best life, or heal on a deep energetic level, I am here to help.
Each session, class, or retreat I offer is a unique experience, guided by Spirit, designed to bring you the answers, insight, and empowerment you need to step into your authentic self.
The first time I consciously connected with Spirit, I was just eight years old. Looking back, I know I had always sensed things – feeling energy shifts, knowing things before they happened – but at the time, I didn’t fully understand what it all meant.
That all changed one day when I was (quite literally) caught in the act of some good old-fashioned childhood mischief (because, well… I was 8!). As I was mid-shenanigans, I suddenly saw my paternal grandmother, clear as day, standing in front of me. She had passed away when I was 3, yet there she was – watching me, as if she had something to say. That moment stopped me in my tracks. It was more than just seeing her – I felt her presence, her energy, her essence. And in that instant, I knew: this was real, this was different, and this was bigger than me.
That experience became the catalyst for what I now know is a huge part of my soul’s purpose – a path that has led me to embrace my connection with Spirit, trust my intuition, and ultimately, help others do the same. Luckily, I wasn’t alone in this gift. My maternal grandma, Ceal – who I would quickly learn was a deeply intuitive and mediumistic woman – became my first teacher, helped me embrace and understand my connection to Spirit.
She guided me through those early years, encouraging me to trust my intuition and that connection with Spirit, and to see my abilities as a gift rather than something to be afraid of.
Over the years, with the support of Spirit Guides, the Infinite Creator, and incredible mentors, my path unfolded in ways I never could have imagined. Now, it is my greatest honor to help others discover and embrace their own connection to Spirit.
I believe that our spiritual growth is limitless – that no matter where you are on your journey, there is always more to discover.

My mission is simple: to help YOU find clarity, connection, and healing so you can live in alignment with your highest self.
A direct connection with your loved ones in Spirit (2 legged, 4 legged, fury, feather, and Spirit Guides!). These sessions are filled with validation, healing, and messages meant just for you. My role is to be the channel – to bring through the evidence and messages that let you know, without a doubt, that your loved ones are still with you.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Energy doesn’t lie – and when it’s out of balance, we feel it in every part of our lives. Through a combination of Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Sound Healing, Tapping, Kirlian Photography, and other energy work, I work to restore balance, clear out what no longer serves you, and bring in fresh, aligned energy. Every session is as unique as the client I’m working with, and together, we create a healing experience tailored to your needs.

When I’m not serving Spirit, you’ll find me soaking up time with my family – my wonderful husband, a true Maine-ah with a heart of gold (and a love for lobster), my two incredible big kids, and our two wildly entertaining cats, Hazel and Oscar.
Outside of my work, you’ll most likely find me cheering loudly at one of my kiddos’ volleyball matches, getting my hands dirty pulling weeds in my garden, traveling, or finding my peace near the water. And yes, my coffee is mostly creamer with a splash of coffee – no shame in my game.
Loyalty, honesty, and authenticity are values I hold close, and it’s my hope that when we work together, you feel seen, supported, and empowered to step into your own light.
Specializing in funeral and memorial services, grief support, and helping families stay connected to their loved ones beyond the physical world. I also work with clients and their families in the active dying process, guiding them through this sacred transition with compassion and connection.

I’ve been studying and teaching Reiki for over 19 years. In 2025, I transitioned my Reiki Classes & Curriculum to two of my beloved students, who now teach all levels of Reiki at my office in Albany, NY – Reflective Harmony.

When needed, I work to reset, realign, and restore balance to the space, allowing for a renewed sense of peace and flow.
