You Don’t Have to Carry the Entire Burden Alone

I

wanted to pass along a few thoughts that have been rolling around in my mind and have been the hot topic (in a good way!) between myself and Spirit the last several weeks. If you’ve been reading my newsletters for a while now, you know that I follow patterns of messages/insights/conversations, and trust those are nudges from Spirit of what they’d like me to pass along to my students and clients.

In the last several weeks, I’ve had a number of clients and students chat with me about not only the need to keep on growing spiritually, but trying to understand the *why* of NOW, the WHAT am I being called to do, and HOW do I get there. And while there are no cookie-cutter answers (nor would I want Spirit to give me one, lol!) that I have for you -- I feel like Spirit has left me with some loving thoughts that I am hoping you need to hear this week.

Self-Care; Being at Your Best, dedicating time to what you define as YOUR Spirituality --- all foundational pieces to keeping a strong and peaceful life. Spiritual Growth has a different meaning to each person - we on the other side, define it as a deep sense of connected-ness, belonging, wholeness, and opening to the infinite wellspring of possibilities in front of each of you! When you continue to choose to grow in whatever way you can (spiritually), you end up creating a supportive energetic current of energy that can help you deal with life’s challenges and grow into a better, more whole and happy individual.

Choosing growth adds a continued sense of hope and optimism, and it should remind you that ANYONE can have a better future - you are not defined or destined by what you’re going through in this moment. You will always encounter challenges in life, but if you stay hopeful during these trying times you will persevere. Growth enhances your ability to deal with life’s ups and downs, and bounce back from those difficult experiences. We all uniquely grow and choose paths that were meant to be our own long before we even decided to venture upon them. Do not let your questions of why, what, and how prevent you from stepping onto the path. Taking the first three steps often answer the why, what, and how.

Spiritual Growth provides you the wherewithal to serve, and to help others; AND improves your personal well-being and teaches you to look at life through a compassionate lens, so you can grow through your connections to others.Growth can help you hone in on that feeling that YOUR LIFE is worthwhile and YOU matter, and that's so powerful - YOU can share that kindness and compassion with others. You are all alive for a reason, and each of you is meant to contribute something to the world. Life is full of inspiration when you are looking for it. We know it can be hard to find gratitude when you are faced with struggles and challenges -- whatever name or label that you give to your spiritual source is personal -- the most important thing to remember is that you don’t have to carry the entire burden alone. You are always heard, loved, and looked after - that is an absolute promise from our side.
