Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy: *Payments for Virtual (phone or zoom) Appointments: invoices for these appointments are sent out via Kelly's Square account on the Monday of the week that YOUR appointment is scheduled. Invoices need to be paid at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; your appointment will otherwise be canceled if not paid within that window. *Payments for In-Person Appointments are due at the time of the session; CC, Check, or Cash accepted. As a reminder, your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If, for whatever reason, you are delayed beyond that - then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you have prepaid and miss your appointment, please note that the pre-payment or gift certificate for the full amount of your service will be applied toward the missed-appointment fee. If you are a "no-show" for your appointment, you will also be charged a missed-appointment fee for the full amount of service booked. All payments made are final. Out of courtesy to other clients waiting to get in for an appointment, if you need to CANCEL your session please kindly do so within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be invoiced in full for your missed appointment.
