Service Description

All readings are made by APPOINTMENT ONLY via the new online booking calendar. Complete your order here and you'll see a calendar of upcoming dates available. Submit your requested date, and I will send you a confirmation within 48 business hours. Please be sure to fill out the form completely will all your information. Payment Details: As a reminder, Payment for in person sessions are due at the time of the session -- credit card, cash, or check are all accepted. Payments for Virtual (phone or zoom) Appointments will be sent via invoices from Kelly's Square account prior to your appointment. Invoices need to be paid at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; your appointment will otherwise be canceled if not paid within that window. Your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If, for whatever reason, you are delayed beyond that - then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you have prepaid and miss your appointment, please note that the pre-payment or gift certificate for the full amount of your service will be applied toward the missed-appointment fee. If you are a "no-show" for your appointment, you will also be charged a missed-appointment fee for the full amount of service booked. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy: *Payments for Virtual (phone or zoom) Appointments: invoices for these appointments are sent out via Kelly's Square account on the Monday of the week that YOUR appointment is scheduled. Invoices need to be paid at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; your appointment will otherwise be canceled if not paid within that window. *Payments for In-Person Appointments are due at the time of the session; CC, Check, or Cash accepted. As a reminder, your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If, for whatever reason, you are delayed beyond that - then your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
